Pricing policy 1.1 All prices stated on this website include VAT. 1.2 All offers on all our wines are just that - genuine offers/discounts (we do not offer discounts to make our prices appear more attractive - many large retailers do). We price our wines reasonably and never artificially inflate them. 2. Minimum order We sell by the case (with the exception of certain, high value products) so our minimum order is a case - that could be a 6 pack or a 12 pack depending on the wine or beer. Normal delivery charges apply. 3. Product availability We endeavour to keep this website as up to date as possible and make sure that every wine shown is still in stock, however we cannot guarantee that all items shown are still available. If an order is received for an out of stock wine you will be informed straight away and given the option to cancel the order or have an alternative item. 4. Delivery/collection 4.1 We deliver to mainland UK addresses. International deliveries by negotiation only - please call 0800 9788853 or email info@wineaux.co.uk 4.2 We will use our own drivers or a professional courier service depending upon your location. 4.3 Standard delivery is £7.99 per order to mainland UK addresses. 4.4 Delivery will be on a specified day between 9:00am and 5:30pm, Monday-Friday. Weekend delivery within London is charged at £25 per case. 4.5 We will deliver your order within seven working days from placing your order. Most deliveries are completed within 3 working days and many the next day. Should you have any particular delivery requirements, please contact us on 0800 978 8853 or email info@wineaux.co.uk and we'll do our very best to accommodate you. 4.6 Please note the following UK postcodes attract a higher courier fee due to their locations - AB, IV, KW, PA and PH. 5. Payment We accept: (i) Credit and debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Electron) via the secure payment system (Worldpay) on this website or over the telephone. 6. Customer service 6.1 We will typically communicate with you via email but are always happy to discuss any aspect of the sales process on the telephone. 6.2 If for any reason you are unhappy with the wine you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it. You will receive a full refund within 30 days. In order to qualify for a refund you must return the case in exactly the same condition as it arrived and covered all delivery and collection costs. 6.3 We offer a 100% no quibbles guarantee. If any of your wine is tainted, corked or otherwise damaged we will refund the cost immediately. 6.4 We will respond to any complaints or queries within three working days. 7. Privacy, data protection and security 7.1 Wineaux Ltd. is fully compliant with the 1998 UK Data Protection Act and registered with the UK Information Commissioner (#Z9611408). 7.2 We will not share any of your personal data and have taken every possible step to protect your data against unlawful access or misuse. 7.3 To process payment details this website uses a dedicated SSL (secure socket layer) connection to encrypt your data and ensure its authenticity. All payments are automatically processed according to the highest industry standards. Data stored offline is held in a secure server. 8. 'Responsible drinking' 8.1 Wineaux Ltd. act in accordance with the 2003 Licensing Act and will not sell wine to anyone under the age of 18.
