How do I return an item?

No problem - we are more than happy to replaced faulty, corked or otherwise unfit-for-drinking bottles.  The reality of real cork closures (please note all Wineaux's who dislike screwcaps) is that 1 bottle in every 12 is totally corked, so we know it happens. No need to keep the bottle if it is less than £10 retail (if more please hold on to it and we'll let you know if we will collect it). Then please contact customer service on 0800 978 8853 or info@wineaux.co.uk and we will be happy to place a credit on your account to the value of the faulty bottle which can be used against your next order.
