Delivery and returns Our delivery cost is £7.99 per order. So for 2 cases or more, we're one of the cheapest wine merchants on the web. 1. We deliver to mainland UK addresses. International deliveries by negotiation only - please call 0800 9788853 or email info@wineaux.co.uk 2. We will use our own drivers or a professional courier service depending upon your location. 3. Standard delivery is £7.99 per order to mainland UK addresses. 4. Delivery will be on a specified day between 9:00am and 5:30pm, Monday-Friday. Weekend delivery within London is charged at £25 per case. 5. We will deliver your order within seven working days from placing your order. Most deliveries are completed within 3 working days and many the next day.

Please note the following UK postcodes attract a higher courier fee due to their locations - AB, IV, KW, PA and PH. Want to return an item? No problem - we are more than happy to replaced faulty, corked or otherwise unfit-for-drinking bottles. The reality of real cork closures (please note all Wineaux's who dislike screwcaps) is that 1 bottle in every 12 is totally corked, so we know it happens. No need to keep the bottle if it is less than £10 retail (if more please hold on to it and we'll let you know if we will collect it). Unfortunately, the reality for any UK based e-retailer or mail order wine company is that courier services in this country are sadly lacking and expensive. So, we do our level best and offer delivery across most parts of the UK at £7.99 per address - no matter how much wine you order. By the way, that price alone is less than we have to pay the courier, so we are already making a loss on delivery for just one case. If you buy more then we finance the delivery on cases 2+.
