One of the best Carmenere's we've ever tasted. We're talking about big, rich black fruits with a hint of pepper and spice finishing long and fresh with a hint of minerality at the end. The wine is undoubtably big and full but is always satifying and never gets carried away with itself, it doesn't drown itself out with it's huge fruit but rather shows off its natural charms perfectly. Great with grilled meats, steaks etc and an interesting variety that is well worth discovering if you want a change from the norm!
