Torello is renowned in Spain as one of the best Cava producers, but just how good is it? Well here's a fact: there are only six restaurants in Spain with three Michelin stars and Torello Cava is in four of them (El Bulli, Arzak, Akelarre and Can Fabes). Furthermore, when we were recently in Barcelona, Torello Cava was literally in all the nicest places we went to eat - and we ordered it everytime, just like the locals!

Historic, grand and with a real family feel, the winery and vineyards produce the best fruit in Penedes. Not only the 3 Cava grapes but also Merlot, Cabernet, Tempranillo, Garnacha (Grenache) and Monastrell (Mourvedre).

Torello's regular Brut Cava is a real gem of a wine and miles apart from the sort of ubiquitous Cava you see on wine lists everywhere. Also, their two still wines - Raimonda and Crisalys are beautifully made, unique, interesting and pleasantly different. Yes, Torello might be a little more than you'd usually pay, but we guarantee the quality.
