This white from Overgaauw is every bit as impressive as it's red brother and such an unusual blend of grapes - we love it. The nose has hints of ripe apple and melon and the wine itself is a bright, light gold. It is immediately appealing once you take a sip with lots of fresh, delicious appley fruit and a nice wieght and balance. The finish is zesty and refreshing.

The wines are made from grapes grown on the deep weathered granite soils on the south facing vineyards of Overgaauw, cooled by the afternoon sea breezes from False Bay. Meticulous viticultural practices and the dedicated Van Velden winemaking legacy that David has passionately embraced, ensures that these fruity accessible and drinkable wines still carry the classic Overgaauw signature.
