This is a classic Tuscan white with a dollop of Chardonnay in the blend. The Costanza has a clean, young nose with aromas of lemon and white flowers. On the palate the wine is zesty and vibrant, with a green apple and just ripe peach character and a really clean finish. A suberp food wine oozing Old World class and showing great minerality and balance. Well worth a try if you're looking for something a little different in a white wine.
