Pale yellow in the glass, this wine has a fine aromatic nose of white flowers. Refreshing on the palate with a tangy zestiness and grapefruit character. Elegance and finesse are the name of the game here and this Puligny does it effortlessly.

Domaine Bitouzet-Prieur covers 13 hectares in the Côte de Beaune. Established in Volnay, in a village house built over very old cellars, it also has a cuverie in Meursault. During the harvest, the Pinot Noir grapes come to Volnay, while the white grapes go to Meursault.

The hamlet called Les Levrons lies to the north of Puligny Montrachet, just beneath the hamlet awarded the 1er cru designation "Les champs Canets"; the parcel's vines grow on clay-limestone soil with high clay concentration towards the lower part. The upper part of the parcel is especially pebbly and porous.
