An intriguing, peppery and aromatic nose of violets and dark berry fruit greets you (the Viognier in this really does give the aromatics some lift and subtlety). Once on the palate the wine is elegantly structured and beatifully weighted. Dark fruit and rose-like flavours dominate and the wine finishes dry and complex. Interesting, well-made and thoroughly enjoyable.
