Wineaux's notes Notes from the winery

A delightful Sauvignon, different and original as it comes from Piedmont, Northern Italy. But more so, in that it has its very own style - its not New Zealand by any stretch, there's no massive whiff of tropical fruit. It's not French as it has no grassy notes and pronounced acidity. Instead, this is somewhere in between, and perfectly so. It's fresh and mineral but has weight to the palate and the fruit is utterly enticing and aromatic, being a mix of ripe melon and citrus. The wine has quality written all over it from sniff to swallow, offering a really classy and enjoyable drinking experience. We dare you not to love this one.
