Wineaux's notes Notes from the winery

A classic Barolo made with old-vine fruit from 3 top vineyards in Bussia (considered one of the world's best terroirs for Nebbiolo) - Rocche, Munie and Bussia Sottana. The wine is serious Barolo, meaning a perfumed and elegant nose of rose petals, wild red fruits and an earthy note. This is followed by intensity, silkiness and extreme elegance on the palate as wild dark berries, spice and licorice fight for your attention. The finish is long and satisfying leaving you in no question that you are drinking something pretty special.
