Muscadelle Muscadelle is very much the junior partner in the Bordeaux trio of white wine grapes with Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc making all the running. Its role is to add a fragrant quality to the dry and sweet whites of Bordeaux and famously makes the sticky, malty, fortified Tokays of north-east Victoria in Australia.
