A stunning red from a unique blend of 3 high quality varietals made in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina. A big, fragrant bouquet of dark fruits and cassis with just a touch of spice. on the palate the wine is undoubtedly big, but the balance is superb. The rich, dark fruit flavour is very appealing and is delivered in waves of complexity and sophisticated depth (if such a thing exists - I mean, a depth of flavour that gets more interesting as it develops). Behind all of this upfront fruit is a balancing acidity and a mineral core. Different, unusual and utterly compelling.
