This Fiano di Avellino from master Italian winemaker Guido Marsella, has a stunning nose of wild flowers and toasted nuts, and a palate of great elegance and refined mineral character. It's stoney, fresh and very clean with far more of the mineral than the fruity on the palate. A long, dry and almost salty finish. Delicious!

Unbeatable match to complex seafood dishes or pork and a real quality example of fine italian white wine.
